Worka Sakaro from Gedeb, in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone. Over 400 smallholder farmers, 2,000–2,200 masl, anaerobic natural — dried on raised beds for roughly eighteen days, in the shade of Birbira and Cordia africana.

Not Sure Where to Start?

At Provis we care about hospitality. That means, if you are not sure where to start, we would love to help you learn: Our house blends will often be our most affordable and approachable coffees. Maybe start with our Prologue blend if you like fruit-forward coffees. We recommend most customers start off with single origin selections — these coffees come from one geographical region and rotate on our menu. Maybe start with the Worka Sakaro. Finally, for coffee enthusiasts, our Reserve Series are very limited releases of exceptionally high caliber coffees. Often these offerings have experimental processes or are rare Gesha offerings.
