What our team is brewing

Reserve: Thermoshock Gesha

A gesha from Edwin Noreña at Finca Campo Hermoso in Circasia, Quindío. One hundred and sixty hours of submerged carbonic maceration in a bioreactor at 40°C, then black honey depulping with native yeast inoculation for seventy-two hours, and fifteen days of controlled greenhouse drying.

Not Sure Where to Start?

At Provis we care about hospitality. That means, if you are not sure where to start, we would love to help you learn: Our house blends will often be our most affordable and approachable coffees. Maybe start with our Prologue blend if you like fruit-forward coffees. We recommend most customers start off with single origin selections — these coffees come from one geographical region and rotate on our menu. Maybe start with the Worka Sakaro. Finally, for coffee enthusiasts, our Reserve Series are very limited releases of exceptionally high caliber coffees. Often these offerings have experimental processes or are rare Gesha offerings.
