Grown in the remote Western Highlands by smallholders tending tiny "coffee gardens," and produced by the Kindeng farmer network known for a decade of exceptional lots. Cherries are hand-picked and sun-dried for about a month before milling.

Not Sure Where to Start?

At Provis we care about hospitality. That means, if you are not sure where to start, we would love to help you learn: Our house blends will often be our most affordable and approachable coffees. Maybe start with our Prologue blend if you like fruit-forward coffees. We recommend most customers start off with single origin selections — these coffees come from one geographical region and rotate on our menu. Maybe start with the Worka Sakaro. Finally, for coffee enthusiasts, our Reserve Series are very limited releases of exceptionally high caliber coffees. Often these offerings have experimental processes or are rare Gesha offerings.
