Welcome to Provis Coffee Roasters. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at proviscoffee.com and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website without our express written permission. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All products are described as accurately as possible. We roast all coffee to order — your coffee is roasted fresh on the day we fulfill your order. Product images are representative and actual packaging may vary slightly.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order and give you the option to confirm or cancel.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

When you subscribe to a recurring coffee delivery:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method at the selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
• You can pause, skip, swap products, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us
• Subscription orders ship free and receive a 15% discount on every order
• If we need to change subscription pricing, we will notify you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies
• Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled shipment. We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been roasted and shipped

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to addresses within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are roasted and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after shipment for most US addresses. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Free shipping applies to orders over $50 and all subscription orders. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $5.99.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, and design — is the property of Provis Coffee Roasters or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent. The Provis Coffee Roasters name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks.

USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or materials, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you. We are under no obligation to keep any submission confidential or to respond.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provis Coffee Roasters and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Provis Coffee Roasters and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
