SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

At Provis Coffee Roasters, we believe in flexibility. You are never locked into a subscription, and you can make changes at any time.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your coffee subscription at any time with no fees, penalties, or questions asked. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled shipment. To cancel:
- Log into your account and go to your subscription settings, or
- Email us at hello@proviscoffee.com with your name and order number
PAUSE OR SKIP
Not ready to cancel? You can pause your subscription or skip individual deliveries at any time through your account dashboard. There is no limit on how long you can pause.
CHANGES
You can change your coffee selection, delivery frequency, or shipping address at any time from your account page. Changes take effect on your next scheduled shipment.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been roasted and shipped, as each bag is prepared fresh specifically for you. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no cost.
PRICE CHANGES
If we need to change subscription pricing, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.
