SHIPPING POLICY

At Provis Coffee Roasters, every bag is roasted to order. That means your coffee is roasted fresh on the day we fulfill your order — no shelf-sitting, no stale beans.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are roasted and packed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Most US addresses receive their order within 2-3 business days after shipment. International orders ship via USPS International or DHL Express, depending on the destination and option selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by us, as they depend on the carrier.

  • Orders $50 and over: FREE shipping
  • All subscription orders: FREE shipping (always)
  • Orders under $50: Flat rate $5.99

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

United States

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We accept deliveries to PO boxes.

International

We ship internationally to select countries via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and carrier, typically ranging from 5–15 business days.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package appears lost, damaged, or has not arrived within 7 business days of the ship date, please contact us at hello@proviscoffee.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Please report any delivery issues within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENTS

Subscription orders ship on your selected schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment. You can pause, skip, or adjust your next delivery date anytime through your account.
