REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because our coffee is roasted to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. We want you to love every cup — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

OPENED COFFEE BAGS

We do not accept returns on opened coffee bags. Each bag is roasted fresh on the day you order it, making returns impractical. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee for any reason, please contact us at hello@proviscoffee.com and we will work with you to find a solution.

UNOPENED COFFEE BAGS

Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. The coffee must be in its original, sealed packaging. Please email hello@proviscoffee.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@proviscoffee.com. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

MERCH & ACCESSORIES

Unworn, unwashed merch with tags attached may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Defective items will be replaced at our expense.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled shipment. We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been roasted and shipped.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit never expires.
