DETAILS
A honey-process Gesha from Juliana and Wbeimar at Finca La Terraza in southern Huila. Floral, layered, almost dessert-like — the kind of cup that reminds you why Gesha became Gesha.
PROCESS
Fermented Honey Process — Depulped, then fermented 48 hours in sealed tanks. Mucilage never rinsed. Five days in a solar drier, then twenty-five days on raised beds. Rested 15–20 days before milling.
