We're glad you're here. You've been approved as a Provis wholesale partner, and we want to make sure you have everything you need to order with confidence. This page is your quick reference — bookmark it.

How to Log In

Head to account.proviscoffee.com and enter your email. We use a magic link instead of a password — check your inbox, click the link, and you're in.

Browsing the Catalog

Once logged in, navigate to the wholesale catalog. You'll see your tier pricing applied to every product automatically. What you see is what you pay.

Placing an Order

Browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and check out. There is a $150 minimum per order.

Quick Order Form

If you already know what you need — and you will after your first few orders — use the Quick Order Form to fill your cart faster. No browsing required.

Payment

Pay Now by credit card at checkout is the default. If you'd like recurring deliveries, Subscribe & Save gets you an 8% discount on every order. Net 15 invoicing is available by request once you've established a payment history with us.

Shipping & Delivery

Every order is roasted fresh the week you place it. Local delivery within a 25-mile radius of North Kansas City is included free. All other orders ship via carrier at calculated rates.

Order Cadence

We roast Tuesday through Thursday. Orders placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM CT ship that same week. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following week.
