Provis Command Center End-User License Agreement

This agreement governs use of Provis Command Center, an internal business application operated by Provis Coffee Roasters (“Provis”). It is separate from the terms governing purchases from the Provis coffee store.

Authorized use

Provis grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use Command Center for Provis business operations, reporting, and analysis. The application is not offered for public registration or resale. Access does not transfer ownership of the software or connected business data.

Connected accounts

Only a person authorized to administer the relevant business account may connect it. Use of QuickBooks and other connected services remains subject to those providers’ terms. Connecting an account does not authorize every employee or automated agent to access its data. Provis controls access according to assigned duties.

Responsibilities and limitations

Users must protect their accounts, use information only for authorized business purposes, and must not bypass access controls, disclose credentials, or connect accounts they do not have permission to administer. Reports and AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Authorized personnel must verify material findings against source records before making accounting, tax, payment, or other consequential decisions.

Availability and termination

The application and its integrations may change or become unavailable. Provis may suspend or revoke access when authorization ends or when needed to protect business systems. A connected account administrator can revoke the app’s authorization through the provider. Revocation stops future authorized access; previously retained information is handled under the Command Center Privacy Policy.

Privacy and third parties

The Command Center Privacy Policy describes the handling of connected account data. Provis operates this application independently; Intuit does not operate it, and Provis does not process data on Intuit’s behalf. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.
